We are pleased to partner with course founder Dr Michael Sugrue from Ireland in conjunction with the World Society of Emergency Surgery (WSES) for the 7th Advanced Emergency Abdominal Surgery Course – A-EASC.
This course builds on the award winning EASC – first held in Donegal Ireland in 2012. The EASC has expanded around the World – having been run in 12 countries and attended by1500+ surgeons. EASC is regarded by majority of participants as one of the best courses they have attended.
A-EASC curriculum focuses entirely on the acute abdomen – particularly bowel and biliary emergencies – in a multidisciplinary setting with a shared learning approach, offering key learnings in the management of patients presenting with emergency abdominal conditions to acute hospital, and focusing on decision making around common abdominal emergencies within the emergency setting.
