Not too far outside of Perth you’ll find Sandalford Estate, a renowned and historical vineyard that dates back to 1840. Set across an expanse of beautiful gardens, lawns and vineyards, the estate offers a stunning backdrop for welcome drinks on arrival before moving into the cellar space for a seated three course dinner that will celebrate the connection between modern Australian and contemporary European cuisines alongside WA’s phenomenal seasonal produce. And naturally, the award-winning Sandalford wines will be a feature of the night, as will be the dance moves to see out the night.
