Registration Fees

Registration is open to the following and includes the scientific program/s, social events, and associated programs and workshops:

CSSANZ & GSA Member

  • Surgeon
  • Colorectal Fellow
  • General Surgery Trainee & SIMG
  • Junior Doctor (GSA)

Other

  • Surgeon non-member
  • Surgeon – retired

Registration Inclusions

Scientific Program Registration 

  • Scientific program registration is available as a three-day option, two-day option – you are welcome to select any two days, or single day program registration
  • The Trainees’ Day is a separate registration category and cannot be included as part of your Scientific Program Registration, however registration is open to interested parties in addition to General Surgery trainees

Welcome Reception

  • Any delegate whose registration includes Thursday 22 October scientific program is welcome to register for 1 (one) complimentary Welcome Reception ticket
  • Please select the *free Welcome Reception ticket category when completing your registration to secure your complimentary ticket.
  • Additional tickets are available for purchase.

Combined Gala Dinner

  • The Combined Gala Dinner ticket is available to purchase separately, and you are welcome to purchase as many tickets as required
  • Please note that the Gala Dinner venue has limited capacity and once that capacity has been reached, we cannot guarantee further tickets will be available.
  • In the course of the dinner selling out, we will collect a wait-list and allocate on a first-come, first-served basis

Registration & Payment

  • If you are a member, trainee, SIMG or junior doctor member, you will need to enter your RACS ID for the system to bring up the correct registration fee
  • *For nurse, allied health and medical student registration, this isn’t available online. Please email [email protected] with your full name, address, mobile, what you would like to register for, and dietary requirements, and we will issue an invoice
  • After completing registration, you will receive a ‘registration success’ notification, followed by a formal confirmation and tax invoice / receipt – this will be sent within five business days 
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX
  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars, and include GST where applicable
